Whilst ‘creativity’ can be a subjective measure, there are many
ways to ensure creative quality in terms of communications
effectiveness and customer relevance.
Aside from ensuring client sign-off of creative briefs, our key
quality control process in this regard is to employ creative staff
that are dedicated and have substantial category experience.
Whilst there will be a number of creatives who, based on the
specific skills required, will work on aspects of a design project,
a single senior designer will normally be allocated as brand
guardian to any one project to ensure all work is on brief and on
brand. The Creative Director will oversee all creative work.
